When will my order be shipped?

Items are packaged and shipped within 3-4 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or U.S holidays.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only offer shipping within the US.

How can I track my order?

Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email to monitor delivery.

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team and we will help you resolve the issue.

What is you return and exchange policy?

Dowse Collection accepts returns within 20 days of receipt given the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us for a return label. A return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund to your original form of payment. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a return onto the original form of payment, though shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you would like to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging), and place a new order. We will refund you for the returned item once it has been received.

Please note that return credits may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement.
