Dowse Collection accepts returns within 20 days of receipt given the items are unused, undamaged, and must be in its original packaging. To start a return please contact our customer support team. Please note that returns are only accepted on unused, undamaged items in the original packaging. There is a $10 return shipping fee for returns that will be deducted from the total refund to your original form of payment. Once the return has been received, we will notify you via email and issue a refund, though shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gifts cards, personalized items, and any products marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item and place a new order. We will credit you once it has been received.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment minus the shipping fees. Please note that credits may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement.

Dowse Collection is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos, and we will assist you with a replacement.

Items ship within 3-4 business days, excluding U.S. holidays. Tracking information provided via email after order completion.
